Sometimes
You know I want to be honest that seeing the future publishing of expose 6 makes me a little sad at times because I worked so hard to get into it and didn't, but then I realize that the majority of the artist in that book have had to do the same thing. Sometimes it hard to stay positive when I feel that I am my only fan. Sometimes I wonder why no one comments on my paintings. Sometimes I wonder if I can make it as an artist.

Those times I find my wife and by the end of that day I am painting with the enthusiasm of a beginner. Still--Sometimes. Late Nwagz

A new office
I have not written anything nor posted anything for sometime because I have been moving into a new home and I actually have an office. I am so excited I could pee. Don't worry I put plastic on my chair. I have been working my ass of in regards to work. I am still working on my website, but google has a plug and play website. I know that I can make it look outstanding because I seem to flourish when things are harder.

I found out that I am have a baby boy. He was stretching out his legs and his little penis is right there. It was wonderful because the new ultrasound machine is amazing we actually could see his tongue when he yawned or it looked like a yawn anyway. It was amazing. Jamie and I built a human my wife and I built a person. The whole thing just blows my mind.

So, the long and short of it is more work will be posted soon. I am just a sponge in regards to learning new things right now about painting. I love my job. Late Nwagz

Decisions
I have found that I need to create a website. I know it is important to have a hard portfolio, but with the Internet a website is a must. I have also seen how a concept artists website is designed, that is, how they present their artwork. It really showed me what was wrong with my artwork portfolio. I am glad that I posted all of my work to this date because it gave me some understanding of my talent. So, I have a plan now on what I want my portfolio to look like, what I want in it, and I have an idea of the clients that I want to send it to. I am very excited. Late Nwagz

After thought.

It is going to take me a while to lean how to create a website. I don't want to hire anyone because I can learn how to do it myself. So, instead of killing myself figuring out how to create this website in a week. I am going to focus on the artwork first (a most amazing thought) post it on this website until I finish my website.

See I had the vision that I wanted to work on all of this artwork in secret then put it all on my new amazing website for the artist community to see, but I need to be more realistic.

Thus, what one should expect is for some of the drawings that are already posted to be changed and updated, some will disappear because they are crap, and a more unified conceptual theme will be seen--Character Design.

That is a bummer
Well, I did not win the contest for the Gnomon workshop in January. I will try and win this months though. It is interesting that one thinks they are going to win, but then after a while they realize that they may not. Well back to the drawing board. Late Nwagz

Update portfolio
So, I am updating my portfolio. I have read and I know that quality is better then quantity in live and in a portfolio. I am not going to remove any yet, but I am going to organize them. I think my talents lie in character design and character illustration. However, I love landscape painting so I will always work on that and every aspect of drawing, but my true passion is the human figure. So, for those of you who visit my portfolio you will start to see more portraits, some orthographic drawings. I am starting to find places to send my portfolio, but it does not have unity to it. I have to settle on a specialty, not forever, but for now. I think that it is the best way to get work. Plus, it is the best way to make future clients jobs easier.

We are pregnant. We will find out in April if we are having a boy or a girl. I don't care what we have just as long as he or she is healthy.

That is all I got. Late Nwagz
