I painted this for the Gnomon workshop forum contest. The contest was for a sea creature. So, I thought of a story about a pirate who pretends to love a sea goddess in order to steal her chest filled with, I let the viewer decide. I painted this in painter and photoshop. It was the first time I painted the ocean.

I just reworked this because I am understanding fogging the background in order to create depth more. It is a very simple things to understand, but that is the issue. My brush strokes also went with the fury of the picture. Late Nwagz
